A Revolution of Remembrance
Come home to your wild wholeness
WILD NATURE

The Heart of Wild Nature

Wild Nature Path
Wild Nature is a path of revolution through remembrance. Not a remaking of who you are, but a returning. A series of pathways and a nurturing container designed to guide you back to the truth of who you are.

Your wild nature is the truest you: untamed, instinctive, and deeply knowing. The one beneath the conditioning and the roles, who trusts their own knowing, feels fully, expresses freely, and belongs to themselves. Most of us learn to tame that self in order to fit in, to please, or to stay safe. This work is the slow, tender un-taming.

I (Natalie Hewitt) created Wild Nature out of my own path of forgetting and remembering, of peeling back the layers of illusion in my life until I found a real and rooted sense of belonging within. What I found there, I felt called to share. Think of Wild Nature as a lighthouse: not a force that pushes or pulls you anywhere, but
a light that helps you find your own way home.

The work weaves together somatic education, shadow work, breathwork, dance and movement, meditation, sound and energy facilitation, and nervous-system informed coaching. These are not separate techniques but one integrated approach with a single aim: to reawaken the intelligence of your body, loosen old stories that veil your true self, and welcome every part of you back home to wholeness.
Your story is yours alone, and so are the patterns, protections, and core wounds that shape how you see the world. These pathways are here to illuminate what lives beneath them, so you can step forward with deeper self-trust, self-acceptance, confidence, and belonging.
This is not a quick fix. Real unfolding takes time, a supportive space to soften into, and a path that truly calls to your soul. If you feel the call, you are welcome here. I see you, I honor you, and I am so glad you arrived!
Meet Natalie
Embodiment Mentor | Somatic Educator | Sound & Movement Guide

My foundations are rooted in a lifelong love of sound and movement. A 500-hour certified yoga teacher with roots in dance, I've spent over a decade in the healing arts, leading movement and meditation classes, sound journeys, and workshops devoted to the liberation of the spirit through the body.

Beyond my formal training, life has been my greatest teacher. My own path of unraveling, awakening, and remembering continues to shape how I serve. I've learned to turn pain into wisdom and walk beside others as they remember their own wholeness, not by handing them a method, but by helping them grow quiet enough to hear the voice of their truth.

At the heart of it, my work is an invitation to return to belonging: to remember that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about coming home to who you already are, whole, worthy, and wild.

I’m Natalie Anne Hewitt: a somatic educator, embodiment mentor, and sound, breath, and movement guide devoted to helping people come home to their most authentic, untamed selves.

At the core of my work, I'm a certified Somatic Educator through the Somatic Institute for Women, where I deepened my understanding of the nervous system and the body's cyclical wisdom alongside it's innate intelligence.
I'm also a certified breathwork practitioner through Our Breath Collective. Breath is an essential tool that is accessible to everyone. It begins in the body, freeing the restrictions held in the tissues so the breath can move with more ease. Then becoming a study of regulation, learning how the breath directly impacts nervous system, creating flexibility, resilience, and a deeper capacity to hold yourself through life. When the body breathes freely and feels safe, we start to hear the whispers of our inner wisdom.

I am grateful you found my work and I look forward to walking beside you on your path of remembrance.
