Service Description

An intuitive blend of energy work, movement, sound, and soul alchemy to dissolve old imprints and awaken your inner radiance. Realign with your true essence through deep energetic remembrance. Through this energetic and somatic alchemy - we will work together to create a more open channel between mind, body, & soul. Using intuitive movements, somatic inquiry, toning and light language, I will work with you to dissolve old stories, release energetic imprints, and restore flow in your energetic system. As stagnant patterns unwind, emotions & energy may release from the physical body to free up space for your natural life force to flow within your body with greater ease. This is a practice of restoring remembrance through returning harmony and open communication between body, mind, and soul with the goal of realigning you with the vibrance of your soul's true essence. During these sessions energetic release may arise through strong emotions, shaking, yawning, burping, sounds/sighs, heat, tingling, or other sensations within the body, I ask that you just allow whatever is emerging the opportunity to release. If it ever becomes too intense, please let me know and I can provide guidance to settle the experience. You are in control at all times with these sessions - so please don't be afraid to interrupt if you feel out of capacity to be with what is arising. This is about meeting you where you are so that the nervous system can be on board with the energetic, emotional, and somatic transformation taking place.
